When JJ moved into her new home, she discovered this deserted bird nest on the side of her house. It now looks beautiful on her bookshelf. It is gorgeous on its own, but doesn't it look cute with this little bird in it?
I have a bit of history w/ bird nests. Years ago I set some wooden eggs in an abandoned nest and sat in on my front porch bench. My cat tried to eat the wooden eggs!! This spring I posted 2 nests on my blog. One was made very sloppy, but the bird used ribbon, maybe to decorate? Yours is beautiful. Beware of cats!
