gorgeous in glass...

We are loving these gorgeous Mrs Darcy candles in the shop today. They smell divine (our favourite is 'Raining Peonies') and would make a great gift. We've been thinking of lots of ways to re-use the pretty glass jar once the candle is finished too - for cotton buds in the bathroom, rings or broches in the bedroom, paper clips on the desk... what would you use it for?

They'd make lovely little dessert pots too..and would be ideal for mousses, yoghurt or parfaits..and the lid would keep fingers, flies and fridge crumbs out 'til dinner time or party time.

I love reusing my candle jars. I work out of a little shed at the back of our property so I use them their just to add a little prettiness to a very functional, minimal space. They hold my beads, cords, stamps etc and sit on my grandmother's old sideboard.
